Nusasonic Radio #1 w/ Klex: So Far So Good

KLEX presents the 1st Nusasonic’s radio episode. Focused on Malaysia, its title “So Far So Good” reflects the overall state of mind of the featured artists. This might be a surprise, as this year we were all shaken from our daily routines and plans, but along the way, we have gradually come to terms with the situation and live our lives the best that we can. So far, so good!

The show starts with unreleased music from 4 musicians, from experimental folk, contemporary composition, post-rock, to free improv. A short interview follows, by musician Farhana with visual artist and venue organizer Tey Beng Tze who runs RAW Art Space, a local hub for experimental and improv arts in Kuala Lumpur. Next is acoustic music by 2 musicians trained in traditional Chinese music, recorded at home with basic equipment, with 2 improv duos to close.
