12’ Bar Ramblin’ #60 ‘Best of News from Bandcamp’ with Stefan Matussek

For about 26 episodes ‘News from Bandcamp’ has been a regular Segment on this show. At the end of almost every episode I play a selection of tracks which have been released on the music distribution site Bandcamp since the airing of the previous episode. I felt it was time to create a selection of the most memorable tracks from this segment. These range from well-produced or well-written songs to basic recordings on an audio-recorder, to someone simply jamming over a backing-track. It could be that I was impressed by the musicianship, or felt the song was catchy, or it could be that I found the story behind the recording interesting. These were all possible criteria for a selection.
