12’ Bar Ramblin’ #70 ‘Farewell…’ with Stefan Matussek

All good things must come to an end. After 7 years and 70 episodes of 12 Bar Ramblin’ it was time to move on. My goal to cover all styles and regional variants of the Blues was achieved to my satisfaction and hopefully also to all of yours who have tuned in over the years. I also hope that I was able to bring you all closer this powerful and visceral genre, that had such a major role in shaping most of your favourite styles of music today. This last episode is simply a chance for me to reminisce on some of my favourite memories relating to the production of this show, and to celebrate this style of music which I love so much. I might come back with a new show, but it will be something very different. So for now: farewell…
