After two wonderful shared shows with Dimitra Zina and Zaereo in the last months, my solo return to the Cashmere studio reflects the slow and summery pace of these past weeks. Starting with soothing ambient sounds and drifting off into the sun-drenched film score moods of Sinj Clarke, Misha Panfilov or Ricardo Dias Gomes. Also featured: another track off my current album of the year aka Aja Monet's mind blowing 'when the poems do what they do', as well as tributes to two already dearly missed forces of nature, Jaimie Branch and Peter Brötzmann.
