Biesentales 99-1, Aroma, La città futura pt. II, hybrid dj/live set

Hosted by jayrope. Recovered from DAT archive: The second half of a hybrid DJ / live set by yours truly, recorded 2000 at Aroma, Berlin. Aroma was never an official bar or so. We used to take loop machine, delay, microphones and mixdesk into DJ sets (other music from pitchable cassette player and CD) – for constant remixing, dubbing and sudden live improvisations between guests, who'd spin what they heard into something of their own eventually.

The small series of events was called La Citt Futura (LCF, the future city) and usually had a light-hearted, respectless, lush and fun underground mood, usually, plundering in lost music classics as well as new underground releases of the time.
