CD Jessy arrived at cashmere to record a mix and one thing led to another , the mix recorded that day didn’t end up being used for the project , so i cut it up ‘re-mixed’ it , in a way , added a few tracks here and there even used some out-takes from the original mix and worked with it until it all started to make some kind of sense. Jesaja was playing incredibly free music with a hint of nostalgia and a comfortable amount of self confidence in the selection mixed with a desire to play something very different , especially considering the norm for this city .
