other joe (Naarm / Melb) is a producer and DJ and one of the key Australian representatives of the dub ambient scene that is coming to a boil worldwide. joe’s productions have been dubbed ‘fogscapes cleaved by strobe, sun dapples on a bedroom wall’ – and his DJ sets take a similar approach, sometimes hazy and dubbed out, and others soft and intimate. check out his mixes for NTS, the lot radio, etc and his releases on Ian Kim Judd’s OST, Theory Therapy, Bedroom Suck, and Best Effort.
