Cashmere Specials : Rest and Routine – Duet for Sanatorium and Modern Hospital

During her residency at Cashmere Radio organised with Art Music Denmark in October 2025, Cecilie Penney developed an electronic opera duet exploring the healthcare system and the tension between bureaucracy and care. An early-1900s sanatorium meets a contemporary superhospital in this sound piece blending vocals and hospital field recordings.
