Cashmere Specials Time Based: Music for 12 Accordions

Music for 12 Accordions – a project by Ukrainian platform Time Based, bringing together two newly commissioned works by composers Georgiy Potopalskyi XIIB (in Ukrainian ХІІБ) and Alla Zagaykevych Corpus Caeleste. Premiered in Kyiv in August 2026, the project translates the principles of algorithmic composition and multichannel sound into a live performance by 12 accordionists arranged around the audience, exploring the qualities of sound, practices of listening and the perception of time.

This special broadcast on Cashmere Radio marks the project's international radio premiere and the launch of Time Based's record label, introducing its first music release.
