ZUPER WOK is sharp, fluid, and deeply intentional.
It’s written like a theater piece, blending music, philosophy, and cutting-edge experimentation. I want to play with new tools, like artificial intelligence, and let my vocal clone speak in every language on earth. I’ll produce the soundscapes, jingles, and everything needed—completely autonomously.
Each episode is a 1h30 journey, built like an electro-ritual. It fuses spoken word, techno, breathwork, film fragments, cloned voices (via ElevenLabs), AI visuals (with LumaLabs), interviews, improvised philosophy, and emotional glitches. The tone is raw, inclusive, queer, fuck-gender, and deeply human. Not nostalgic — radically fresh.
The first breath of a freeform, multilingual radio show, Spring My Mojo dives into the rebirth of inner fire amidst contemporary chaos. Through spoken word, soft techno, pop philosophy, and intimate interviews, this episode explores the death of modernity, the power of sexual energy turned creative, and the beauty of quantum fluidity. A polymorph Xavier Faltot guides us through love, transformation, breath, and surrender. ZUPER WOK is a psychedelic, urban radio salad — a media-cine for the soul. Welcome to the Faltot vortex.

THE THEME: MOJO
Mojo is not about seduction. Mojo is not about ego. Mojo is life force.
The forgotten flame. The pulse under pressure. The thing that disappears under too many drugs, too much sex, too little truth.
So this episode is a spring cleaning of the soul — through breath, voice, poetry, philosophy, quantum theory, intimacy, and erotic energy.
It’s about how to get your mojo back without pretending. Without running. Without performing.

Making a Radio Show with ChatGPT & AI Tools : A Leap into the Infinite
This was the first time in my life that I prepared a radio show with ChatGPT. An amazing experience that helped me focus on the overall content. It led me to discover conferences and speeches I didn’t know before, and even suggested specific excerpts to use. ChatGPT gave me references, I found the videos on YouTube, imported them into Premiere Pro, and extracted the transcripts. I then gave those transcripts back to ChatGPT, which highlighted the best moments to use. I extracted those parts in Premiere and layered them over music—sometimes suggested by ChatGPT, sometimes chosen by me.
With ElevenLabs, I was also able to transform any audio—conferences or video—into my own voice. That’s wild. I can now say anything, in my voice, even if I never said it. It’s a whole new world. So yes, I really played with the content.
The texts I read were written by ChatGPT, based on the audio content it had suggested. I asked for 2-minute texts, which I discovered just before going live, because I was editing and organising everything right up to the last minute—converting AIFF files to MP3s, finalising the rundown, fixing transitions.
For the slam session, I asked ChatGPT for a list of keywords I could improvise on. It also suggested background music to use under my voice, which I combined with sounds I love.
Playing with content like this is both amazing and a little scary. It felt like the first time I moved from analog editing—like IN and OUT tape cuts—to digital editing in Final Cut Pro. A leap into the unknown… and into the infinity of possibilities.

00:00:00:19 – 00:00:09:24
You got your light bulbs raw? It's my first radio show on Kashmir Radio. I'm 32. My first show in English two. So I hope you love it.
00:00:10:01 – 00:00:16:06
Fresh out of yourself.
00:00:16:08 – 00:00:27:07
And I'm discovering everything. Live. Yes. 2025.
00:00:27:09 – 00:00:52:11
The year of the snake. And I am now mutating. Pushed by love and by my love of challenge. Since November the 12th, 2024, I'm in transition. I dieses day reborn and stopped all my dopamine sources. Too much for too long. But now what? I'm not me. I'm a new me. I'm a mini me, another me. And that told me to be honest with you.
00:00:52:13 – 00:01:01:02
I have voices, yeah, I have voices in my head. Nothing like. No, it's not easy to produce that.
00:01:01:02 – 00:01:07:13
I'm sick, I am weak, I need a shrink, I need help, help me, cause what fuck was I?
00:01:07:15 – 00:01:35:18
Transitioning is not that easy. Finally, I'm in love. I'm lost. I'm mutating, mutating and mutating. And I'm in love. I'm lost. I, I need discipline. I need solitude, I need solitude, but I feel solitude, loss. Because even if I felt it coming for a while. My own world is falling apart. The floor I've been dancing on since I'm.
00:01:35:23 – 00:02:04:11
I'm walking is cracking. Falling down under my feet. No more for no more floor I'm flying, falling, elevating intimacy. Everything I was told turned out to be a masquerade. All is wrong. The authorities. Science, sex, right behavior, masculinity, femininity, gender domination, love, goals in life, whatever. All those modern stories, my background, where lies. Hopefully. I realized sometimes ago I wasn't that modern after all.
00:02:04:13 – 00:02:29:22
Maybe more. Maybe different. Maybe something in between. In between spheres. In between drum and bass. I'm a rave kid. The club kid. I'm aware. Awake, woke. But now having kids in the family, I decided to stop running to escape from escaping, if that makes sense. To face my true self. Quantum gym bro hyper slowmo I shift. I lost my mojo along the way.
00:02:30:00 – 00:02:57:03
Returned to my inner child, looped into my car, jaded in my madness, lost in my art form. Found some holes, some some lights. Realized what was love I cried with joy a lot. The trigger. My girlfriend. The love, the one, the only one. She told me once again. She was fed up. Too many drugs, too many pressure for expected boring sex.
00:02:57:03 – 00:03:22:07
Fed up with my toxic lifestyle, fed up was watching me not being myself. Fed up in a global meaning. We are together since 14 years and I felt like dying this day. I die this day. But I chose to reborn, clear, clean, far from the dust, from the dirt. This is where I am. This is where you are with me.
00:03:22:09 – 00:03:46:12
Let's jump into the unknown together. Let's. Let's eat. Is that super fresh salad? Let's clean our soul. Let's clean our hearts and belly. Let's spring our mojo. Let's get back to some good, real vibration. Let's vibrate to expand ourselves. Yes. Fuck yes. Let's work together.
00:03:46:14 – 00:03:54:24
Right. All right. We're all the stars in this super, super.
00:03:55:01 – 00:03:57:15
Super Super Bowl. Super fresh.
00:03:57:18 – 00:04:01:02
I do live and direct on Cashmere Radio.com.
00:04:01:04 – 00:04:03:16
When we leap into the unknown.
00:04:03:18 – 00:04:07:06
We are free. Oh, man.
00:04:07:08 – 00:04:09:07
Oh, fuck.
00:04:09:09 – 00:04:18:15
Wake up. Super walk to an accent. Oh, this nonsense would rise sick life on direct of cashmere radio.com super walk.
00:08:55:05 – 00:09:15:02
We need a revolution in the mode of existence. In the mode of being in the world and to the world. And of course, you can always ask the question. Who are we? I grant you that point, right. But I'm speaking of the dominant mode of living in the world. Right of of living in the world and towards the world.
00:09:15:06 – 00:09:44:04
Right. And of course, it's a, it's a mode of which is, which has a history of colonization, imperialism, capitalist exploitation and so on. But I think the result of it is what I call a mode of aggression. I believe the way we relate to the to the world. Right. And what I try to do is that is a coming up with a sociology of our, of our relationship to the world, right, of the mode of relating and being in the world and being to the world.
00:09:44:04 – 00:10:05:20
And my claim is right now you have one almost on a global level, we have really an acted, institutionalized, a mode of aggression. You see it in three dimensions, actually, you see it on many dimensions. But we can think of three dimensions. One is the environmental dimension, right? That is the ecosphere, so to speak. We live in aggression towards nature.
00:10:05:20 – 00:10:28:00
Right. You see it in the extractive industry is right, taking all the raw materials from Earth in a very harmful way and in the polluting industries. So, so to speak. So in the if you look at the way humans, we've humans relate to Earth, to life, to the world, it's a mode of aggression. When you look to the middle level, I would say, right, you'll see it.
00:10:28:02 – 00:10:57:01
It has been mentioned before, we live in a mode of war again, right? Competition and aggression between nations, between people has come back. I believe that's no chance. It depends on the way we have institutionalized life on our mode of relating to the world. This leads to aggression on the social level, not just directly in war. There's an interesting study by the London School of Economics, Michael, of who really analyzed political culture in all the actually all over the world, actually started mainly with democratic cultures.
00:10:57:01 – 00:11:02:19
And he sees that aggression towards those who have other opinions increases all over the world.
00:11:02:19 – 00:11:08:15
What I think poetry is really important right now. I think people are reading pop.
00:11:08:17 – 00:11:10:18
Poetry and they're.
00:11:10:20 – 00:11:11:20
They care about art.
00:11:11:21 – 00:11:15:02
And they want the world to be recast.
00:11:15:02 – 00:11:16:01
In other.
00:11:16:03 – 00:11:19:09
Forms. Sense of colors.
00:11:19:11 – 00:11:49:06
It's no longer that we consider those who have different opinions, beliefs, and ways of living or loving as different, but as hindrances towards the way we want to live. And we see the mode of oppression in the way we deal with ourselves. I mean, when you look at the, the, oh, the World Health Organization's report, you really you clearly see that burnout and stress and anxiety related diseases are on the rise, an increasing number is one is our total aggression.
00:11:49:08 – 00:11:53:09
We're not you, Joe.
00:11:53:11 – 00:12:01:01
You're not how much money you have to break? At the car you drive.
00:12:01:03 – 00:12:04:20
Not the contents. From what?
00:12:04:22 – 00:12:19:14
Performativity is the value that is built in to advanced capitalism. What performative activity means is maximum output for minimum input. In other words, it's an ideology of efficiency.
00:12:19:16 – 00:12:42:15
Permanently, we have to improve our self, to optimize ourselves. So and so. We are heating up the atmosphere and burning out the soul if you so like. Right. So something is fundamentally wrong and and I think it's not enough to somehow become a little more aware of this of officer sustainability a question. So the question is where does this mode of aggression come from.
00:12:42:17 – 00:12:58:24
And I believe it has it has not just it kind of depends on what you mean by cultural blandness. Exactly. But it is. But it also has a structure inside what I call the mode of dynamic stabilization. And of course, the platform has exactly pointed to this more than 50 years ago. Right?
00:12:59:01 – 00:13:31:12
We have a vast empty field. We have political life, we exist as social animals. And yet the old ways of legitimizing both knowledge and politics are over. And that means that knowledge is indeterminate and uncertain and rather a poetic, chaotic state now. And so is our notion of political legitimacy. We can't have totalizing discourses anymore. We can't have one unified story which accounts for and legitimizes all our moral and political and scientific claims.
00:13:31:14 – 00:13:57:11
The capitalist society in particular. But I believe it's not just capitalism. It's also the way we organize science and our whole and social systems. Right? They live in a mode of or they operate in a mode of dynamic stabilization. We permanently have to achieve growth, acceleration, innovation and digitalization is just lost, so to speak. The last mode of achieving this by the modern economy and modern economy.
00:13:57:13 – 00:14:25:06
Mister permanently achieves growth and innovation, excelling region has to optimize along all the parameters to sustain what we have. I mean, if you look at the developed world, I mean, I suppose the question is what is development? But but if you look at the so-called development world, you really see that there has been a fundamental shift. People no longer claim that we work hard and try to achieve growth and so on in order for our kids to have a better life.
00:14:25:08 – 00:14:51:04
But now the dominant mood is we have to run faster and faster every year to achieve growth and innovations to stay where we are. Right for the kids to not fall down in some sort of abyss. So. So the mode of dynamic stabilization, right, is an institutionalized mode of aggression towards the world on, on all levels of our existence, and it goes together with a certain conception of development, right, and of well-being.
00:14:51:06 – 00:15:19:16
And this is what I call the triple A conception of the good life. Then, I mean, with this, the idea that to expand the horizon of what is available to us with satellites, with microscopes, for example, what is accessible and attainable through economic growth, through better technologies, whatever it is right that this is what defines development and the good life pushing the horizon of what we can do, of what we can know, of what we can see.
00:15:19:18 – 00:15:39:02
And I don't have the time to go and do this and read the book of my mother beaches. And this is called Glisten and Sweat. And it's exactly the idea of the two. But but you were talking about what I call the need for a tool, the tool that I call resilience. Because for me, its importance and that resilience does not mean that we all have the same skills for these reasons.
00:15:39:04 – 00:15:44:14
So my my idea is we do all know by being human beings, we know a different mode.
00:15:44:16 – 00:15:45:13
Relating to the.
00:15:45:13 – 00:16:14:05
World. They tend to each other of relating to ourselves and certainly of relating to nature. And this is what I call resonance being a fixed system and responding to it. And so this is the basic it's a process. It's a relationship. It's the relationship between listening and responding. I call it affection and self-efficacy correlate or response. And this is always a transformative consequence.
00:16:14:05 – 00:16:55:08
We don't stay the same in this process. So it has a it's very close to our conception, education, you know, declaration education plays such a supporting role. So we do have open source. And we even have the cultural sources, particularly outside the Western cultures, I would say right of, of of living resonance in different modes and in different cultures and different contexts, that if we use this, this idea in this very sense, right here to somehow come up with innovative institutions, but also that innovative cultural ideas of making the world more resonant and less aggressive.
00:16:55:10 – 00:16:58:18
When we leap into the unknown, we prove we are free.
00:16:58:21 – 00:17:04:01
Super walk, super fresh ideas of life from Berlin.
00:17:04:03 – 00:17:07:07
Live and direct from Kashmir, Radio.com.
00:17:07:09 – 00:17:10:00
Super super okay.
00:17:10:02 – 00:17:35:11
Do we are not solid. We are not fixed. We are passing salt. There was a time we failed to live. Do you remember that quiet fire inside that thing we know called Mojo? Maybe we lost it. Buried in under duty, under fire, under noise. But it's not gone. Just waiting for us to change. This is not the time for building walls.
00:17:35:16 – 00:18:00:22
This is not the time for digging in. This is a time for shedding skins, for sleeping out of old selves like wet clothes is mutation is not a phase. Mutation is a lifestyle. We thought we had to become someone, a title, a role or structure. But life is not a resume. Life is a current and the only way not to drown is to surrender to the flow.
00:18:00:24 – 00:18:29:03
You want the truth? There is none. Only movement, only tension and release on the question that keep evolving. We are not statues. We are not brands. We are not archives. We are waves. Missed moments, music, magic. We are what disappears and still make the air vibrate. To change is not to be real. To change is to breathe with the rhythm of the flow and to know to change is to let the lost mojo find you again.
00:18:29:09 – 00:18:50:03
In the chaos, in the silence, in the dense. Let your ego crack. Let the mask fall. Let the old voice fade. You don't need to know where you're going. You just need to keep dancing to survive and exist without fear. We need to spring our mojo that is correct. But what is mojo and how can we get it back?
00:18:50:07 – 00:18:52:23
I spoke with Carmen and Francesco.
00:18:52:24 – 00:18:57:06
Mojo for me is the Maggie Dean Miller lived.
00:18:57:11 – 00:19:02:17
All right, all right.
00:19:02:19 – 00:19:04:18
You better.
00:19:04:20 – 00:19:05:06
Like.
00:19:05:08 – 00:19:55:05
Mojo for me. I would describe it as the magic that lives within us. So mojo can be faked, but we not we don't always have access to it because it's often underlined by, fears, by thoughts, by, yeah, expectations and so on. Whatever makes us feel insecure. Not right, too much, not enough. And so on. The best way to get the mojo back is to accept who you really are, and not only the beautiful and nice and sexy sides of us, but also the dirty, the dark, the not so beautiful things.
00:19:55:07 – 00:20:33:10
All the, And I don't even. And I don't only mean the, outer traits like, like the looks, but also our character. Yeah. If if we are in contact with our true character, if we learn about our own shadows, our dark sides, if that makes sense to you, and accept, then learn to accept, then. Then we are able to live our true selves.
00:20:33:10 – 00:21:11:14
And this is where the magic comes really naturally. So this is why I say we can't fake the mojo. Because whenever we try to be more, try to appear more. Yeah, attractive or cool or, like anything we don't really feel we are not. Then we kind of deny ourselves and cut off our true mojo. One of the most powerful things I have experienced myself was, saying yes to everything that makes me, me.
00:21:11:16 – 00:21:47:07
Take time to cure your body, to take care of it. Really like in a very physical way. For example, when you had the shower. Don't go fast. Take sometimes when you have to put the cream on your body. Take some time to massage your body, feel your body, feel your skin. Every part of it appreciate. But step by step, maybe I mean there is a part of your body that you hate, but there are another 2 or 3 parts that you love it.
00:21:47:07 – 00:22:19:05
So focus yourself on them. Make them don't fall cuz point of your mojo. Start from there and then step by step. I know that is. I mean not that easy sometimes. But again, the the best thing is like feeling your body as you want the other people feel it. Confidence I mean sembra una but one one I definitely mojo in Italian.
00:22:19:05 – 00:22:20:09
Okay. Ready?
00:22:20:11 – 00:22:24:10
Super walk, super fresh produce. Hello.
00:22:24:12 – 00:22:27:04
Life from Berlin. Live and direct from Kashmir.
00:22:27:04 – 00:22:33:24
Radio.com for the world. Super, super. Yeah. Okay, I'll do it.
00:22:34:01 – 00:23:31:08
Ego crack dissolves sky. Brave. Space. Silence through passing. No story, no brand shape. Transparency. Listening and forgetting and remembering. Not knowing. Hiding happening. Love and becoming salt. Some kind of dissolve. Sky breathes. No shape. Fluid wave. Pulse. The pulsation of the fluid waves. No need to remember. Whatever the me what is meaning? No, it's not transparency. Again about the mirroring effect in the mirror on no waste of the time through to the sky.
00:23:31:10 – 00:24:01:07
Forgetting and yes, remembering this moment where you were, where you were. But becoming what tune. Don't know what you can be. Where do you? It's an absence full of life and life full of absence. Set. You kill the sort of your ego. Challenge the way you crack and guide the dissolve again when it risen back to the known and known balloon in the air.
00:24:01:07 – 00:24:43:18
Jumping like this. Guide the children where when playing fluent in the know ness of happiness. The teaser wait twins! They smile and the eyes are wet when they cry. But sometimes they wait. That laugh make you cry to with the happiness of having a cry when you don't lie to yourself anymore. But what if suddenly time is not about the rhythm, but about the time that passes through your veins and discovers that no way you go is still the flow, but blur it whenever by some things you cannot even recognize.
00:24:43:20 – 00:25:10:21
Because love myself, take care of myself. Say yes to myself. What again? Yes, I breathe this is a way center myself and myself, but still see the other resonance vibrates with the other. When they open the arms and they smile to me because I can feel what they do with their body. Because now, again, and for once, I'm up into what is going on.
00:25:10:23 – 00:25:32:13
I was not before I realized, no, I was not before because I was inside myself hiding tomb shapes. Breathe space. Silence, silences and breath in space where it can not be belong to anyone anymore. Even if even if the sky and the rhythm.
00:30:45:16 – 00:31:04:05
So let's sum this up here. Because if you if you're one of those guys that are struggling with your mojo, or you just like to boost your mojo, there's four elements and you can break them down. And guys, we're we're, you know, mathematical beings as well. We like to break things down. And if you take a look at these four elements, you can give each of these elements 25 points.
00:31:04:05 – 00:31:28:01
So if you add all of them up they equal 100. And each of these elements, the more you have, the more mojo you're going to have. And these four elements are passion. And primarily in a relationship with the feminine energy. The second one that I talked about, which is just overlooked, is good health. And then the third is a challenge and the fourth is purpose.
00:31:28:03 – 00:31:45:02
And you add these four elements up and you bring these to your life. And I guarantee you that your mojo is going to skyrocket and be boosted to a completely new level, and you're going to look back and you're going to see things completely differently.
00:31:45:04 – 00:32:22:16
We were told to conquer, to fuck, to penetrate, dominate, release. And now we empty, exhausted, disconnected from the men, women we love and from ourselves. In the ruins of modern masculinity, a new path opens not toward more performance, but towards libidinal resonance. As Albert Marcuse wrote to Liberation doesn't mean just more sex. It means a transformation of libido itself from genitalia centered release to the erection of the entire personality, from orgasmic efficiency to orchestrated slowness, from fucking bodies to filling atmospheres.
00:32:22:20 – 00:32:48:11
This is not weakness. This is Orphic power. It's not about being soft. It's not about being open, but being present enough to feel everything. Even what was no name, what was as no name, what is no name? In a world obsessed with performance of brave, a single for men can do is to stop trying to prove himself and start trying to listen to is her breast, to his own belly, to the purpose of a movement.
00:32:48:15 – 00:33:16:20
Because where we slow down, you noticed you've been touching without touching, speaking without listening, wanting without responding. True eroticism begins where domination ends and where the libido stops. Rushing toward escape. It starts to weave connections. It transforms not just sex, but your entire way of being in the world. This is not about being woke. It's not about being awake to the fact that we were born in a system.

It's about to being a wake of that is that told us to extract instead of feel. But now we don't want to extract. We want to merge, not to lose ourselves, but to become more wool. This is the beginning of a new masculinity, not a role, not a mask, a dense let's stop chasing the climax. Let's become the music.

Them. All right. Our intention is to transmute our sexual energy, that same energy that created you, me and all of our other brothers and sisters on this beautiful earth. We often waste this powerful lifeforce energy by watching, consuming, and doing things that we know are not serving us. So with some daily practice and discipline, we can ascend this energy and move towards a more creative and fulfilling life.
00:34:17:16 – 00:34:34:03
So in today's session, we'll be doing three rounds of inhaling through the nose, starting with the lower belly and then exhaling through the mouth, keeping your attention on the top of your head. Because where attention goes, energy flows.
00:34:34:05 – 00:34:34:07
In.
00:34:34:10 – 00:35:00:01
After each breathing round to hold our breath in the inhale, contracting your perineum, pelvic floor muscles and sending this energy in spinal fluid up into our brain and into our pineal gland. So find your way to a comfortable seated position back straight and smile on your face. And let's get ready for round number 1 in 3, two, one.
00:35:00:03 – 00:35:06:13
Beautiful start in each. And then with the lower belly moving this energy onto you.
00:35:06:15 – 00:35:12:00
Placing your attention on the top of your head, and we'll move on to a double speed of three.
00:35:12:02 – 00:35:21:08
Two one up up up. Five more breaths. Bring up the last one all the way in and hold this.
00:35:21:10 – 00:35:34:02
And squeeze your pelvic floor muscles. Contract your perineum, squeeze your abdominals in and release your awareness. To contract your perineum. Squeeze your abdominals. Place your awareness.
00:35:34:02 – 00:35:40:01
On the top of your head. We're almost there. Continue holding. Continue squeezing.
00:35:40:03 – 00:35:43:01
And now exhale slowly through the mouth.
00:35:43:03 – 00:35:46:01
Three, two. Feels good.
00:35:46:03 – 00:36:04:19
Let it down. Take a sip. Hold and squeeze it out as good. Take a few normal breaths in through the front. Make you feel. Stay focused. Stay present. Let's continue and transmute this energy and move on to a different take. You feel three two.
00:36:04:21 – 00:36:06:03
One that doesn't make you.
00:36:06:03 – 00:36:31:22
Feel good. Continue breathing deeply into the present. Make you feel. Move on to number 3215321. That's good. All the way in and hold at the top. Squeeze your perineum. Engage your pelvic floor muscles. Squeeze your toes. Place your awareness on the top of your head.
00:36:31:24 – 00:36:41:20
Now begin to pump through to your toes, slipping through the nose. Hold, squeeze and let it out.
00:36:41:22 – 00:37:02:02
That's good. Beautiful work everyone. Stay focused. Become aware of the space flowing through you. This is the energy we can use to create energy in this life. Let's move on to the final round 321. Beautiful work. Everyone down. Double the pace. 321.
00:37:02:04 – 00:37:04:24
Stay focused. Continue to transmute.
00:37:05:01 – 00:37:11:04
This energy to create a new.
00:37:11:06 – 00:37:21:10
One all the way over to two. Squeeze your very major pelvic floor muscles open.
00:37:21:12 – 00:37:28:01
As a part of your pelvic floor. So we are all looking.
00:37:28:03 – 00:37:33:03
A little bit longer. Continue to keep you.
00:37:33:05 – 00:37:41:18
To the top of you. Now we did that the 3210 you don't.
00:37:41:20 – 00:37:44:17
Feel any vibrations in your lower center.
00:37:44:19 – 00:38:14:08
Keep exactly releasing tension. Take a deep inhale through the nose and let it out softly. Stay in this moment. Allow your breathing to return to its normal rhythm. Feel the energy from this practice. Sexual transmutation is a powerful practice. It requires more than just breath work. We all need to find a creative outlet for this energy. Playing music, painting, journaling, exercising.
00:38:14:10 – 00:38:33:11
All of these are better than wasting your energy on distractions. Remember, sexual energy is just creative energy. Go out and create the life you want. It takes discipline and practice, but we're all capable of being. And don't take it all too seriously. Smile. Laugh. Forgive yourself.
00:38:33:13 – 00:38:35:12

Ideas. Not like the question is. Thought is necessary. Time is necessary. Right? To go from here to that time is necessary and thought is necessary. Drive a car, take a bus. Take the train of thought is necessary. Time is necessary at that level, right? Planting a soul and time are the root of fear. Is thought and time necessary?
00:52:02:21 – 00:52:22:23
Was there a there? It is necessary. But psychologically is fraught and time necessary. You don't feel that? Is it?
00:52:23:00 – 00:53:08:17
As long as time and thoughts on it. If you think are necessary. In the psychological world, in the world of the self, in the world of psyche, in the world of inside the skin, then you will be perpetually in fear. Right? If you perceive that. If there is a perception that thought is the root of fear in time perception, not acceptance.
00:53:08:19 – 00:53:25:03
Then you thought and time necessary and the physical level inwardly. It is not necessary. Therefore, you're watching that.
00:53:25:05 – 00:53:35:23
You know what you're watching. The brain is actively watching itself every minute.
00:53:36:00 – 00:53:53:14
To see that thought and time do not enter into this very. This is past. You understand this first great attention, awareness.
00:53:53:16 – 00:54:02:07
So that the brain, which has accumulated fear for centuries.
00:54:02:09 – 00:54:25:13
Or for one day. That brain sees where it is necessary, where it's not necessary. Therefore it's watching like a hook. So the thought in time does not enter into the whole process of living things.
00:54:25:15 – 00:54:35:18
This is real discipline. This is the learning. As we explained the other day.
00:54:35:20 – 00:55:16:04
This discipline means the root meaning of that word is disciple. The disciple is one who learns or is learning all the time. He never stays, have learned, and stays. So as the brain is watching itself all the time, so that is active. So the there is no time for him to move, to change and ceaseless. And he is.
00:55:16:06 – 00:55:24:12
Our difficulty is we listen to a lot of things.
00:55:24:14 – 00:55:29:10
We know a great deal.
00:55:29:12 – 00:55:35:22
We have searched us, read.
00:55:35:24 – 00:55:42:07
We have sought the advice of others.
00:55:42:09 – 00:56:08:01
We wander the earth and find other. To find out what it's all about. But we never ask of ourselves. We never demand of ourselves serious, deep questions.
00:56:08:03 – 00:56:20:16
Always ask superficial questions. I. And so we make our life very superficial.
00:56:20:18 – 00:56:46:07
But if you ask questions. Questions. The cosmic demand answers from your yourself. So that you exercise your brain, your feelings, your own attention is given to that question.
00:56:46:09 – 00:56:57:21
Then you begin to discover for yourself without being told by anyone, including this speaker.
00:56:57:23 – 00:57:03:03
And so when there is freedom from fear.
00:57:03:05 – 00:57:18:23
You order, then you you don't want God's. You don't want anything from anybody in the world. Then you are really a free man.
01:03:01:08 – 01:03:28:18
If we go even deeper. We arrive at the ego and emptiness. Because of past experiences, social conditioning, or ideologies. We have molded ourselves into knowledgeable, cultured human beings that fit the context. There in this context, could be a religious community, a country, or a profession. We generally see this as a good thing, but there's a downside. And this downside has to do with the ego.
01:03:28:20 – 01:03:50:23
The ego often distorts how we perceive the reality of the world. When do we approach a situation, for example, a conversation with a spouse. The ego tends to fill in the unknown gaps with all kinds of prejudices, fantasies, and convictions. The larger the ego, the more it will dominate the situation, subsequently closing us off from what's truly going on.
01:03:51:00 – 01:04:16:17
Therefore, people with strong convictions experience great difficulty seeing the world in another light or outside the confines of their intellectual prison. Hence, Lao Tzu urges us to return to a more unprocessed state, which he calls the Uncarved block. We could see the Uncarved block as a person who is unencumbered by all kinds of intellectual baggage, so his vision of the world becomes clear.
01:04:16:19 – 01:04:44:19
Doctor Wee Lin Chong, a Dutch philosopher and sinologist, explains her interpretation of Wu Way in a Dutch book about Daoist philosophy, emphasizing the element of emptiness or openness. She describes the essence of practicing Wu Wei as follows and I quote. And so the whole practitioner is able to, from the clarity of his egoless center, observe all relevant forces in a certain situation, in their being undistorted.
01:04:44:22 – 01:05:05:22
So we can respond to them flawlessly and quote. So if we look at the way this way, it's not just about letting go, going along with the flow of nature, allowing the universe to do its job, it's a much bolder move for which we need a lot of courage. We have to be brave enough to let go of what we've learned through our normative frameworks.
01:05:05:22 – 01:05:31:00
In the trash, and flush our assumptions through the toilet or how loud I put it, and I quote, renounce knowledge and your problems will end. What is the difference between yes and no? What is the difference between good and evil? Must you fear what others fear? Nonsense. Look how far you have missed the mark and quote.
01:05:31:02 – 01:05:58:03
Zhuangzi tells us a story about a conversation between Confucius and one of his pupils, Yan Hui. Yan Hui wanted to travel to the Kingdom of way after he heard about its many problems and tyrannical ruler, so he planned to use his knowledge and wisdom to lecture the King of Huai and steer the kingdom into the right direction. Confucius persuaded Yan Hui not to do it, telling him that his plans were too ego driven and wouldn't work.
01:05:58:05 – 01:06:23:05
After all, no one is waiting for a know it all coming out of nowhere, telling you how to take care of your business, let alone a self-absorbed tyrant. But still, Confucius offered an alternative, which he called the fasting of the heart. Confucius described the fasting of the heart as a form of meditation, which leads to letting our preconceptions go and making room to receive with an open and receptive attitude.
01:06:23:06 – 01:06:47:02
Then we would learn about way in its king, their customs and beliefs, the situation as it plays out, and eventually be much more capable of lending a helping hand. And this understanding of Wu way, we let go of the ego so we can act in accordance with the situation at hand. As it is, we let things happen and act responsively, unrestrained by our limited preconceived ideas.
01:06:47:07 – 01:07:09:14
Or, as Lao Tzu put it, we return to being uncarved blocks. Chong stated, and I quote, no matter if it's about politics, governance, diplomacy, or any other activity, what Johnson calls Wu Way is this ultimate receptive and responsive way of action from a crystal clear openness in yourself, one with the breathing of the cosmos.

From centuries we lived in the Newton's world, a world made of separate objects moving in empty space, a world where force creates motion and every effect has a echoes. A world where time is absolute, ticking away like a clock. It's the same for everyone. It made sense. It felt safe. The world was a machine. We were its operators.
01:07:41:01 – 01:08:11:01
God was a watchmaker. This was the core of the modern paradigm paradigm. It gave us bridges, industries, computers and control. But it also gave us burnout, isolation and climate collapse because it was a world built on separation. Then came the break Einstein bend space and time. Bolt and Isenberg shattered certainty, and suddenly the foundation cracked. In the quantum world, a particle can be in two places at once.
01:08:11:04 – 01:08:36:09
Observation can change the thing being observed. Time and space are no longer fixed is a stretch twist and collapse is. There is no absolute position, no universe, and now only what is in relationships, only fields. Reality became less about things and more about patterns, less about pushing and more about tuning. This is the quantum leap, not just in physics, but in consciousness.
01:08:36:13 – 01:09:04:04
A shift from control to resonance, from being right to being alive. We were trained to seek answers, to plan, to fix, to predict. But the world isn't asking for answers anymore. It's asking for presence, for perceptions, for attunement. The quantum leap is not a claim. It's not a success. It's not a strategy. It's a rupture, a release. It's the moment you stop pretending the old logic works.
01:09:04:06 – 01:09:32:03
It's when you stop managing life and start meeting it naked, confused, alive. It's not forward, it's sideways. It's not better. It's beyond. It's not the end of Newton. It's the end of Newton. The end of knowing and the beginning of something wide, fluid and deeply, deeply human. Absolutely. Moon come these live fancy super of Kashmir.

01:09:36:14 – 01:09:40:23
The universe.
01:09:41:00 – 01:09:43:01
Is so much bigger than you realize.
01:09:43:01 – 01:10:16:09
And Superbook at UCLA quantum physics is, the description of the smallest things in our universe. So if you zoom right times smaller than cells down to the scale of molecules, atoms and things, atoms are made of, you know, subatomic particles, protons, neutrons, electrons and is described how they all work and also how they interact with light. And the interesting thing about quantum physics is it's like the fundamental rules, rules of the universe.
01:10:16:10 – 01:10:44:08
And yet the things that happen there are so very strange. So I'll tell you a few of the phenomena that go on in quantum physics. One you might heard of is called particle wave duality. So you can imagine all these subatomic particles, these protons, neutrons, electrons, like little bouncy balls, kind of bouncing around, bouncing off each other. But sometimes you have to treat them as like spread out waves.
01:10:44:09 – 01:10:58:10
And they kind of do both at the same time, which is hard for us to imagine. So I paint a picture, and I think dropping one of these bouncy balls into like a pond of water, the ball would disappear. And then you get these ripples.
01:10:58:10 – 01:11:00:08
Going out over the.
01:11:00:08 – 01:11:27:07
Surface. Now imagine one of the ripples hits, say, a stick. All of the ripples on the surface disappear, and by that sticks on me. A bouncy ball pops out again. That's kind of strange for us to think about right? But this is the kind of behavior that goes on in the subatomic realm all the time. Another phenomena you might have heard is called quantum tunneling.
01:11:27:09 – 01:11:31:03
So imagine I'm throwing one of these bouncy balls against a window.
01:11:31:05 – 01:11:33:19
So it'd be like bounce, sorry.
01:11:33:21 – 01:11:42:01
Throw, bounce, catch throw bounce catch throw.
01:11:42:03 – 01:11:54:04
It's gone completely through the window. It's not smashed it. It's not interacted with it at all. It's just suddenly on the other side of the window and you can see it flying away.
01:11:54:06 – 01:12:18:22
If you saw that, you'd think it was crazy, right? But this goes on at the subatomic realm all the time. In fact, it's the only reason we exist. So you might know that in the sun, the way it generates energy is through nuclear fusion and nuclear fusion. When it is when two hydrogen atoms come together and the protons in their nucleus backs off each other.
01:12:18:24 – 01:12:47:06
Now, if it wasn't for quantum tunneling, they bounce off each other and nothing would happen. But what actually happens is they quantum tunnel into each other and that's what lets them fuze and release the sunlight. And without sunlight we wouldn't exist. So we can thank quantum tunneling for our existence. Another phenomena is called superposition and is a very fancy word, but all it means is something that can do opposite things at the same time.
01:12:47:08 – 01:13:03:09
So for example, I can spin around one way, I can spin around the other way. But what would it look like for me to spin around in both directions at the same time?
01:13:03:11 – 01:13:26:04
We can't do that. We can't imagine that. But this is what these subatomic particles do all the time. And in fact, we can kind of do it. At least bits of us can. So if you've ever been in an MRI machine for an MRI machine does is it finds all of the hydrogen atoms in your body, it makes them spin around in both directions at the same time in the superposition.
01:13:26:06 – 01:13:45:04
This is what allows us to see inside people's bodies. So it's interesting that all of this physics seems so kind of abstract and remote from our everyday experience. And yet it's happening inside our bodies. We're made of quantum stuff, so it's happening everywhere around us.
01:13:45:06 – 01:14:00:00

Observe the fact field no age, no. Nothing. No. Me. No. You know whatever. Who can feel what I say when you don't listen to what is said. Even if you hear your voice can feel and your skin can touch. Attenuate resonance. Nonlinearity a known expansion. Decentralized. Shifting, floating, not climbing. Intuitive logic. Silence as source. Presence of answers. Pattern this form the flow being smashed through the stars.
01:14:42:06 – 01:15:09:20
Far away, but so small and distant that you can feel the magnetic sphere. Soviet. It shines and it blows into the pinkness of the paradox. Because those other answers dissolving, receiving a host of savvy, not trying the truth of the body beyond feel the entanglement. No time anymore. No shapes, no age. Fluidity. Do you have eyes to waves?
01:15:09:20 – 01:15:51:12
The attainment of the rational field. No unknown known as known expansion decentralized floating not claim being dissolving. What can you do about what you see and feel? What can you feel when you don't know what you do? If you don't know just quantum yourself. Focus on the transition. When you slow mo, when you line under a kind of shifting position as you walk through the parameters set down now blurry and not feeling well.
01:15:51:14 – 01:16:25:20

There are many people in the studio kind of dancing with you in your place and in your arms, trying to feel the quantum vibe, or maybe trying to think about shifting on your side, tried to shift, try to get along yourself.
01:16:25:24 – 01:16:37:08
Break the mirror once you can, while you can. Because you can still can while you do it. If you start to make it true.

Here's your desire as I was saying, Emily just joined us. Emily's a woman I'm talking about when I started the show. She's my beloved one. And she has an extraordinary thing to tell you, which is your life. How are you, Emily?

01:20:22:05 – 01:20:30:09
Welcome to be here. You're such an inspiration to me. You made me. What are you doing here exactly?
01:20:30:11 – 01:20:38:24
I think I'm here to explain how, I get, this quanta feeling into my life.
01:20:39:00 – 01:20:41:20
Yes. How things change suddenly.
01:20:41:22 – 01:20:42:18
Yeah.
01:20:42:20 – 01:20:44:09
You go on, Emily.
01:20:44:11 – 01:21:20:12
Thanks. No more chaos. Let's say the infinity of possibilities. I went from being a lawyer in Paris to massage therapist here in Berlin. Within seven years, in shots that took me the three major shifts in my life as a lawyer, I had the prestige of being a lawyer. The intellectual stimulation, the game of investigation and rhetoric, the chance to meet very interesting people among my fellow lawyers and clients.
01:21:20:14 – 01:21:53:14
But most of the times I was in front of my computer and was led to interact with my clients in a targeted, partial way, focused on the case and the goal of winning. But winning what? Something felt wrong. My guts were telling me. Early in my journey, I considered retiring from law and being a different times. An Ayurvedic doctor, an owner of an organic grocery store.
01:21:53:16 – 01:22:31:20
But I didn't do it. Stopped by material contingencies. I felt the itch, but I didn't go for it. So my first shift came in 2018, when my father died within six months from a blood cancer. Brutal circumstances with all my attempts to clean a complicated relationship rejected, and at his funerals, I felt a stomach pain like I never felt before time I'd come to take care of my guts.
01:22:31:22 – 01:23:01:16
50 days after my father died, I was in Meir Said's practice experimenting. Shinade sang, which is a terrorists belly massage for the first time. My concern was about my heart and mind being disconnected. My mind was angry, but my heart was full of love. In one session with a conversation and one body massage, I have been able to realign my body, mind and heart.
01:23:01:18 – 01:23:31:09
I received a hugely important massage from my body one. People do the best they can with the resources that I've they have at the time. Two my body knows better. It holds the wisdom. It knows the right questions, so it knows the right answers. Then they shifted to a reality where I could be nothing but tolerance and where I knew where was the truth.
01:23:31:09 – 01:24:07:11
At the inside the truth. They called it immanence. So decisions, changes start to occur peacefully, quietly I was feeling. I was feeling more balanced than ever. My relationship with my body and my sensations changed. And then it came up. That's my professional practice to change. Either then I trained and graduated in mediation. This I was no longer the knight who couldn't defend its clients tower.
01:24:07:13 – 01:24:35:04
I was their ally to help them take responsibility and resolve their conflicts themselves. This has been the second shift to reality, to the to a reality where I regain my own responsibility with my action. And this recover my full power to act difference. I no longer ended. So where are my clients whom I didn't steal the power anymore?
01:24:35:06 – 01:25:03:04
From that point on, I started to feel more aligned. I was in a greater resonance with my deepest aspiration, but it was not enough. In summer 2021, my boyfriend came back from Berlin after one week of microdosing LSD with a vision. Yeah. It's huge. Xavier. Yes, we are going to have a second kid and moved to Berlin. The baby would be our German teacher.
01:25:03:06 – 01:25:03:18
Yes.
01:25:03:24 – 01:25:31:18
And I was like, oh yeah, that is exciting. I'm in. That made me realize that even if my daily life in Paris was pretty comfortable, I would be able to quit everything for a new adventure. My guts were telling me that I needed to get out of my comfort zone. The timing was so right for our body, hearts, and minds that I got pregnant as soon as we decided to.
01:25:31:20 – 01:26:00:18
And since a new cycle of life was opening, I made the choice to retire from low. It was no, I never. I felt I left my firm with a check and some savings. I was willing to be confronted to the voice, to the void. I knew that all my previous attempts to change my professional life were not completed, because I was too many noise in my life.
01:26:00:20 – 01:26:38:18
It was too many notes, not enough of a bailout, a vague availability, and words. And that was my search shifts to reality, to a reality where I would reduce the noise and create space in order to connect to my own source. I so here we went together with my boyfriend, our kids. We took the leap. We left Paris, not Berlin yet, but dwelled in a town of 13,000 inhabitants by the sea as far and of Brittany.
01:26:38:20 – 01:27:04:16
Their rhythm. There we aim to get used to our new life. Family and of four. Find our new center. Coming up with a plan to go live in Berlin. With this important decision and all the space it created in my life. The universe did this job just when I didn't know what to do or where to turn, I received an inheritance.
01:27:04:18 – 01:27:31:01
What to do with this money? The answer came quickly. I'm going to train in teenage son with me, I said through my training, which consists of entire weeks of immersion doing qigong, meditation and massage, I experienced to what it really meant to be in my body to function with it, listen to it. Each each session we go deeper in ourselves.
01:27:31:03 – 01:27:52:12
Actually, I now live in another paradigm. I am my body. I am my heart. I am my mind. All of it's at the same time. And that helps to clarity, to make clarity about what I want, what I feel, and what I'm seeking for.
01:27:52:14 – 01:27:55:24
And do you.
01:27:56:01 – 01:28:24:18
And just by being attentive, taking good care of myself, body, mind and heart. Be passionate about those techniques of teenage son and the power to getting access to our true self. I became the massage therapists and already had dozens of people move closer to themselves. I nicely worked my soil, I dig it, I nourish it, make it loose and soft, and plant seeds in its as a tree.
01:28:24:18 – 01:28:55:22
My branches are growing, the birds are appearing and soon the leaves and flower and fruits with will follow my roots are now completely grounded. I am my own center and I keep them that way by maintaining a close relationship between my body, mind and heart, the infinity of possibilities still exists. And as far as I'm grounded and connected to my own source I have, I just have to decide what I want in my life.
01:28:55:24 – 01:29:02:23
One source, multiple possibilities. And it's the same for everyone.
01:29:03:00 – 01:29:05:21
