Who made him self a name as a rap and baltimore club dj as well as producer around the early 2010s, in the club as well as on the internet / social media.
Formerly performing under the alias “Schwarz”, So Drove has produced for artists as wide-ranging as Lil B, TT The Artist, and Kevin JZ Prodigy, was commissioned for remixes from Matmos, Clipping., and Cex, opened for artists like Big Freedia and Dan Deacon, and recorded the seminal Lil Ugly Mane album “Mist Thug Isolation”.
So Drove is his new boundary-free songwriter and producer project
which specializes on combining disparate genres, attitudes and ideas into single tracks.
Since adopting his new alias, So Drove has quickly garnered attention for his unique approach to pop music working with artists like Blaqstarr, Kreayshawn, La Chat, TT The Artist, Cupcakke and his tracks have appeared in publications like XXL and Billboard.
