Eastern Daze #43 with The Cristea Institute

The Cristea Institute is a Bucharest record label whose main purpose concerns bringing back the element of danger that is so sorely missing in today’s so-called alternative and experimental music scenes, whilst trying to revive interest in outdated technology and the subcultures that came with it. In doing so we hope to showcase an extremely eclectic array of artists, from complete outsiders to down on their luck classically trained musicians. Essentially, we’re the slackers and the weirdos who never even wanted to win a Grammy, but who love the looks on people’s faces when our sounds hit them.
