Clouds across wind swept trees basking forest sun dappled lawn chairs beneath the canopy. Iced tea windows, apple pie and I think there’s some ice cream left. Crystalized but still good if you scrape it off, did I say that already? Sun is up again, thinking of places where it circles the sky, stumbling but never setting – read an article the other day and we’re as far as we’re gonna get from it, doesn’t matter though what’s a few thousand kilometers when light speed is involved? There's some chocolate sauce – it’s there in the refrigerator door, yeah that’s it, doesn’t really match the strawberry cake but at midnight it’s not such a big deal, it’s the idea that counts. A maximalist approach. No I’m not having any but you looked hungry, something sweet and distracting, less about chewing and more about texture.
