Tapes is an artist best know for his explorations into arcane recording techniques. Originally hailing from south London he made his debut release on 8-bit digital dancehall label “Jahtari” in 2009 with his “Hissing Theatricals” EP. 10 years on the multidisciplinary continues to perform live and DJ regularly through out the world mixing up Dub and Library aesthetics with all sounds Psychedelic.
