Protagonist of this episode is Theo Ligthart, artist, entrapreneur and spirits expert. He talks about the new experiment he initiated in order to cut the bulls**t from the craft spirits scene: the Freimeister Kollektiv, an indipendent collective of distillers, barkeepers and spirits experts who teamed up to create exceptional products for conaisseurs as well as for gastronomy at reasonable prices. Moving smartly between tradition and innovation, the Freimeister Kollektiv relies heavily on a shared creative process, where different opinions and tastes concur to the development of unique spirits that push the boundries of typical spirits categories such as vodka, gin or brandy.
