June’s Texture Mix comes from a stalwart of Bucharest’s alternative club scene: Borusiade. Now based in Berlin, Boru has released records with influential record labels like Cómeme and, as of recently, the Cititrax imprint from Veronica Vasicka’s Minimal Wave stable. Her Texture Mix explores varied styles and textures, from oddball techno jams to sludgy, wavey and always-groovy sonic designs.
