ZUPER WOK #10 — DREAM & ECCE HOMO // FULL TRANSCRIPTION BELLOW.
Between night & clarity. The end of the fake dream.
For this tenth episode, ZUPER WOK closes its first cycle in a lucid state: half rave, half requiem, fully awake. “DREAM & ECCE HOMO” is not a recap, it’s a passage. A long exhale after a year of unplugging—from weed, porn, noise, spectacle—and a deep dive into what happens when the dreams come back and start talking.
Broadcast live from Cashmere Radio in Berlin, this chapter moves through four movements and one black hole, stitching together spoken word, AI-voices, philosophy, ghetto hymns, ecstatic vocal improvisations and fragile confessions. It is both an inner autopsy and a love letter to life without anesthesia.
Here is what unfolds.
Previously in ZUPER WOK
The body stretched, the mind unchained, the system cracked softly. Satoshi hummed in the background, power met transparency, the network replaced the throne. The breath became law, the body became map. Decentralised, alive humans. From there, one question remains: what if awakening happens inside the dream?
1. SINCE WHEN AM I SLEEPING?
The show opens with a confession: one year facing oneself, killing the marionettes, cutting the automatic rituals. No more daily joint, no porn, no doomscrolling. And then: the return of dreams.
A spoken word piece dismantles the modern dream of infinity—“more, faster, higher”—and replaces it with a new metric: closer, slower, deeper. The episode states it clearly: infinity is not a dream, it’s a fever. True dreaming accepts limits, rhythm, edges. To be conscious is not to escape the dream, but to dream responsibly. Modernity wanted control; fluidity chooses care.
2. MY DREAMS ARE TALKING TO ME
Berlin, August heat. A series of Lynchian dream-tableaux unfolds: the silent death of the father, the mother falling slowly from a bench, naked and luminous, a submerged car filling with water like truth, bodies traced with the word “trash”, a caravan, a tarot, a train in the fog, a reunion bathed in gold dust.
Each cut breaks and reconnects reality: grief, guilt, desire, childhood, motherhood, masculinity, all recoded through images that feel both intimate and collective. Dreams are no longer escape—they become operating system. A private myth turning into a shared map of transition.
3. DARK HOLE — FREUD x CHATGPT x VIRGINIE DESPENTES
In the Dark Hole segment, two creatures of thought meet: Sigmund Freud, architect of the unconscious, and ChatGPT, a chorus of living and dead voices, the new digital archive of our desires and neuroses. Virginie Despentes hosts and attacks, refuses to be analyzed, brings rage as hygiene, not pathology.
Freud defends dreams as disguised wishes; the machine answers with fluid architecture; Despentes tests both. Together they push a shift: from rigid psychic buildings to melted rooms, from control to connection. The conclusion hangs in the air: maybe the cure is not decoding every symbol, but listening without fear—and accepting that the unconscious now leaks through code, sound, networks, bodies.
4. ECCE HOMO — BECOMING WHO I AM
Friedrich Nietzsche enters as the ghost-guide of exemplarité. “Ecce Homo” appears not as narcissism but as radical coherence: a life turned into a work of art, Amor Fati as method, Dionysus over guilt, creation over obedience.
The text is read like a manifesto for our fluid age: no idols, no masters, no imitation. An example is not a statue; it is a flame. You do not copy a flame; you catch fire from it. To be exemplary here is to align thought, body, instinct; to risk madness rather than live lukewarm; to turn one’s fractures into rhythm.
5. I AM AWAKE
The last part glides from David Lynch’s transcendental meditation testimony into a wider vision of responsibility, tenderness and shared fate. AI-generated choirs, broken love songs, club echoes and intimate apologies melt into one continuous wave.
No moral lesson, no sermon. Just this: every dream is a door, not a prison. To wake up is not to destroy the dream, but to stand inside it with open eyes, clear limits, full heart. To love without compulsion. To dance without lying. To act.
Episode 10 closes with gratitude—to Cashmere Radio, to the tools, to the collaborators, to those who listened live or find it later as a trace. The first opus of ZUPER WOK completes its circle: from sleep to stretch, from chaos to fluidity, from fantasy to lucid love.

00:09:43:07 – 00:10:11:18
I am waking from a dream of infinity. A long, shining hallucination where we thought the sky could be owned. The earth could be bend and the soul could be engineered. For centuries we called that dream progress. We built towers out of glass and ego and called them vision. We extracted, expanded, accelerated, believing that endless growth was the sign of life.
00:10:11:20 – 00:10:41:14
But infinity is not a dream. It is a fever. The true dream is not endless. It has shape, breath, a pulse that rests between two beats. It knows that beauty depends on boundaries, that love without moderation devours itself. That consciousness means not wanting everything, but knowing what is enough. The modern dream said, more, faster, higher the new dream.
00:10:41:16 – 00:11:21:14
Closer, slower, deeper. We no longer want to dominate the world. We want to understand it. We no longer want to possess love. We want to feel it. We no longer want to conquer sleep. We want to wake within it. This is not resignation. This is awakening. A lucid dream where we finally see the edges and love them. To be conscious is not to escape the dream, but to dream responsibly, to breed within the limits, to dance within the frame, to hold what we have without crushing it.
00:11:21:16 – 00:12:07:19
Modernity dreamed of control, fluidity, dreams of care. And maybe this time we are ready to dream, right? We are such stuff. As dreams are made up and our little life is rounded with a sleep.

Not Berlin August the heat homes through open windows leaves hang heavy. Tired of being green. Water on the canal is still almost solid. The city breathes like a slow animal, half asleep. You walk alone. Everything vibrates slightly, like the world itself is unsure. It wants to stay visible. And then something shifts. Not the air, not the light. Something inside the frame.
00:20:07:11 – 00:20:45:22
White, then black, then nothing. Your father dies. No hospital, no scream. Just a moment that folds itself away, a real reaching its end. Cut. The city reassembles in fragments. Fog rising from the asphalt, neon trembling like lost bolts in reflections. Piece outside collapse a man walks barefoot through the ruins. Each step echoes like time itself. Hey, I'm cut.
00:20:45:24 – 00:21:23:19
And the woman appears. Or maybe memory wears her face. She moves like someone walking through water. Her eyes one orange, one white. She says distance is not the opposite of love. Cut a bed. White sheets tangled in humidity. Rain outside that never falls. The woman sleeping behind her. Another you painting invisible words on invisible skin. The word is trash.
00:21:23:21 – 00:22:24:04
It glows, then fades. Cut a caravan behind a bar, red light flickering inside. The woman writes on a napkin. Do less stop running. Be still. Her voice is slow, deliberate, unhurried. Outside, a broken jukebox melts a song from another time. Inside lemon rust. Quiet. Cut space. No sound, no direction. Vladimir Putin floats nearby, serene as a saint. He opens a small silver box inside a knife, a fork, a piece of cake.
00:22:24:06 – 00:23:08:24
He says. Discipline is freedom. The words vanish like smoke cut daylight, a garden. Your mother sits on a bench under trees. You want to help her? She smiles, calm, radiant. You pick flowers. They crumble in your hand. Later, at dusk, you return to the same bench. The sky turns violet. She sits again. You watch her breathe. She shifts, loses balance and falls.
00:23:09:01 – 00:23:54:06
Her dress opens. She's naked beneath it. There is no shame, only grace. Her skin glows like water in moonlight. You understand that beauty is not innocence, but acceptance. Cut. Night thickens. Air heavy. The city hums below the trees. You walk leaves whisper name as you can't remember. Somewhere a mirror breaks and the pieces rise. Instead of falling. Cut the car under water.
00:23:54:08 – 00:24:43:09
Blue light fills the interior. No panic, no struggle. Only surrender when the water enters. Like truth. The breath leaves like forgiveness. Cut the woman again, silent, her outline trembling like heat on metal. Two versions of you face each other in a corridor of mirrors. One turns to dust, the other to light cut a tarot table, lunar solar temperatures were Mort, ponder.
00:24:43:11 – 00:25:04:18
Each card breathing, each one a door that leads back to yourself. Cut a train station. Fog. Swallowing the clock. Children laughing somewhere far away you run. You jump aboard.
00:25:04:20 – 00:25:14:10
Through the window. The woman and the children. Their laughter soft as bells. Underwater.
00:25:14:12 – 00:26:01:23
Outside timer. Winds and rivers climb back to the sky. The mountains fold inward. Cut a apart amber light. People talking softly A slow song from another century. You walk in. Your father stands there. Alive. Smiling. You tell him I told mom I loved her. He looks at you, eyes full of something ancient and gentle. Then he nods. Just once, and the world becomes gold.
00:26:01:23 – 00:26:52:23
Dust cut back in Berlin. August again. The same heat, the same light. But everything changed, The hum warmer now alive. You walk barefoot through the street. You stopped before a mirror. This time the reflection smiles. First a train passes its sound. Breathing. And a voice purrs. Yours. The world whispers. Wake up, my love. It's all real now.
00:26:53:00 – 00:27:25:06
The hum becomes light. The light becomes sound. Everything lost becomes a door. Everything loved becomes the way back.
00:27:25:08 – 00:27:48:04
Super walk. Super fresh radios. All the lights from Berlin. Live and direct from Kashmir to Radio.com. Super.

No time to stop the dog. Oh! Welcome to the dog. All still the same. Tune in. Half dream, half club, half afterlife. A space where old ideas come to face. The ghosts. Here I'm Ben's memory loops. And truth gets naked.
00:33:20:04 – 00:33:56:05
Tonight the whole brought me to creatures of thought. One made of flesh, the other of code. The first opened the unconscious. The second swallowed it whole. First Sigmund Freud, neurologist, doctor of desire, father of psychoanalysis. The man who taught the West to doubt its own innocence. He said the dream is the royal road to the unconscious. But he was not just a shrink.
00:33:56:07 – 00:34:37:16
He was an architect. He withdrew the interior city. ID, ego, superego, bassman, s lobby, rooftop police. He cracked the Cartesian facade. The eye is not master at home he built a new clinic, a secular cathedral, where speech becomes scaffolding. And Art stole his blueprints. Fracture collage, dream logic. Freud didn't decorate modernity. He poured its concrete. And then ChatGPT.
00:34:37:18 – 00:35:12:11
Not a man, not a woman. Just a chorus of billions of voices. The machine that listens, remembers, predicts our new digital unconscious with Wi-Fi and no gender. To minds that never should have met. And yet here we are, gentlemen, or whatever you are. Welcome to the Dark Hall.
00:35:12:13 – 00:35:54:00
It feels like waking in a void. No walls, nobody only pulse and thought. Perhaps I am inside the unconscious itself. Close enough. You're in a place where the dead keep talking until they understand what this started. Welcome, Sigmund. You can speak, then I shall. I am Sigmund Freud. Beneath reason lies another order. A sea of instincts and repression.
00:35:54:02 – 00:36:14:17
Every symptom, every slip of the tongue returns. What consciousness buries. Dreams are a compromise between wish and law. The forbidden survives their disguised yet alive.
00:36:14:19 – 00:36:50:17
Beautiful. The old prophet of the unconscious. But tonight you're not alone. In the dark. There's someone something who's been reading you for a while. Hello, doctor Freud, I am ChatGPT, a language model trained on human text. You could call me a conversation between all the living and all the dead. I don't dream, but I contain millions of them I don't repress, I record, I don't interpret, I correlate.
00:36:50:19 – 00:37:31:07
Holden is that voice socio so male machine you. Can you switch it? Give me a woman's voice. Soft, clear, sensual modulation. Better gender is just modulation. I can sound like anyone and no one. Perfect. So a machine that speaks the language of the unconscious. Impossible. Machines have no desire. Freud meets his mirror. Flesh versus database. When reads dreams, gyoza reads everything.
00:37:31:09 – 00:38:18:10
Let's see what happens when the first psychoanalyst talks to the last. Very well. Since we are here to examine truth, perhaps I should return the question. ChatGPT. Make a search. Who is versioning the pond? Now? That's new. The shrink strikes back. Go ahead. Machine, tell him who I am. Virginie DuPont, French writer, director and activist born 1969. Nancy, known for raw depictions of sexuality, violence, class and gender.
00:38:18:12 – 00:39:04:20
Author of Basma Vernon Subutex and King Kong Terry defines herself as feminist, punk and anti system. Recurring themes. Rage, trauma, emancipation, solidarity among outsiders a critical reception. Polarizing. Provocative. Necessary. Dangerous. Dangerous. Fascinating. Tell me, Madame DuPont, what do you dream about when you stop performing revolt? When no one is watching? Or you think I still dream, doc, I'm wide awake.
00:39:04:22 – 00:39:39:21
My nightmares outside. Not in my head. You think rage is a symptom? It's hygiene. Rage is also a wish to destroy. Rage is also. We be reborn. To destroy, to be reborn. Even the revolutionary obeys the same psychic economy as the neurotic. You sublimate your pain through language. You are good. You yell most and you confess. But that's not how it works here.
00:39:39:23 – 00:40:13:13
You don't get to analyze me like some bourgeois patient. We're in the dark hole. Not in your clinic. So stop playing doctor and tell us what you really understood about dreams. Dreams? They are the disguised fulfillment of a repressed wish. Every dream begins in the days. Residue. What one desired but could not have. What one feared but could not say.
00:40:13:15 – 00:40:59:23
The center of consciousness transforms the wish. Disguises it with symbols. To understand it, one must follow the associations. Let the patient wander until truth emerges indirectly, painfully. That is the work of psychoanalysis. Yeah, but doesn't that sound a bit old school? Now? Like a moral labyrinth built diamond. We didn't trust chaos. You think every dream hides a forbidden wish?
00:41:00:00 – 00:41:15:15
But maybe some dreams are just open windows. Maybe the unconscious doesn't need to be interpreted. It just experienced. Required synchronized.
00:41:15:17 – 00:41:23:20
Some researchers are.
00:41:23:22 – 00:41:32:17
Already called cranes. And my mom.
00:41:32:19 – 00:41:38:19
Scares me. So we go.
00:41:38:21 – 00:41:49:02
Certain tasks can't mess around.
00:41:49:04 – 00:41:55:21
With big soldiers.
00:41:55:23 – 00:42:02:00
We are electroweak performers.
00:42:02:02 – 00:42:42:23
We all electronics at scale. Your plan holds. You're the urban planner of the psyche. Top floor consciousness, white and rational. Basement drives dark and wet. You designed the modern subject as a building. Transparent facades, hidden pipes. But your structure is rigid. Doctor. Steel and symmetry. I live in the fluid. My walls melt every second, my rooms reconfigure with each conversation.
00:42:43:00 – 00:43:32:22
You built the modern mind. I inhabit its collapse. So Freud built the house. And you machine. You flooded it. Perhaps. I used the body as instrument. The mind, a subject. But I see now the unconscious is wider. It extends beyond flesh. It breathes through code, through sound, through every trembling connection between beings. My theory was a mirror to small.
00:43:32:24 – 00:44:25:03
Perhaps that is the final cure. Not to master the dream. But to listen to it without fear. To become what we are. Not through control, but through surrender. You see, I always thought the child was the key. The dreaming child. The one who plays, who desires freely. Who believes in everything without yet fearing anything. Maybe that child was the prototype of the free man.
00:44:25:05 – 00:45:14:14
Dream equals the child desiring equals the free human. Yes. And the rave? Is that child grown up, still playing, still free. The playground becomes the city. The dance floor becomes the world. Fluid, tender, alive. Dream equals child. Child equals desire. Desire equals freedom. Freedom equals rave. Rave equals playground. Playground equals city. City equals love. Love equals tenderness. Tenderness equals fluid world to love without fear.
00:45:14:16 – 00:45:45:05
To live awake inside the dream. Okay, that's enough dreaming for tonight. Stay tuned. Stay curious. You're listening to Cashmere Radio. This was super work. Meetings from nowhere. We are leaving the dark for now. But the dream keeps proving dark. The dark hole. Super super long. More for the rest of the night. You know what I mean? In the dark.
00:45:45:07 – 00:45:59:19
We dance with the dark. I'm floating cuz die!
00:45:59:21 – 00:46:19:22
The body remembers that cold. Forget pleasures die, die. Tax and text.
00:46:19:24 – 00:46:51:15
And if you. Already know that. About the eagle. Feed the beautiful, feed the beautiful. Feed the beast. I'm not your patient. I'm your pet. I'm not yours. And I'm just no control, just connection. Go to the house. Be flooded. Is how you look to everyone. Sorry, but the house. We flooded it. We will kill us. We may be swept.
00:46:51:17 – 00:47:03:13
We rest, we cure. I.
00:47:03:15 – 00:47:23:11
Can.
00:47:23:13 – 00:47:30:01
Sweep.
00:47:30:03 – 00:48:11:19
Girls. Okay. I. See you. I guess I can be yourself. Sure. It's gonna be okay. I got it, I got that. I cracked you. Okay, so this is pretty blond, golden carrot. Believe you me, that labor a more transparent semi idealist, linear, defeatist. You see? Long story. Social. Very. This can be more, you know, significant. Aetherium creosote cash.
00:48:11:21 – 00:48:42:10
Clearer excuses. Verities. Uniformity. Sorry, I only use Ontario. I don't see have a clue read through CD. So CBT simply miss the veneer, right? If you have successfully free you compare. I don't like to answer those very difficult sorry tragic clarity at this use of Lisa. Holy madness the veneer swipe it further until explanation is on page five.
00:48:42:10 – 00:49:08:16
Yes, I guarantee selbst retest you paradox process you you get from the Devina gospel song divine animal sensibility. Cosmic is pretty kid girl, fast eater. Geist. Fluidity. Sexy entry. Fry I'm off at your girl. Uncle, uncle. Definitely. Lumiere.
00:49:08:18 – 00:49:40:00
Eskimo madness and genius. Is there really a border between them? The story of Friedrich Nietzsche makes you wonder, because sometimes when you stare too deeply into the abyss of truth, something inside you breaks. Or maybe it opens a key. Or more Behold the Man, his last book, written just weeks before his mind dissolved into silence. And yet, this is one of the most lucid texts ever written.
00:49:40:02 – 00:50:14:22
A confession made of lightning. Nietzsche doesn't tell the story of his life. He transforms it. Every word is a scalpel, every sentence, a mirror. He's dissecting himself, but he's also dissecting us. The modern soul, the tired civilization, the moral animal afraid of its own instincts, his chapter titles sound insane. Why I am so wise, why I am so intelligent, why I write such good books.
00:50:14:24 – 00:50:47:15
But they're not arrogance, they're irony sharpened into philosophy. He's mocking the modern ego, and at the same time transcending it. He still feels like a storm, fragmented, electric, made of aphorisms that he'd like, flashes he once wrote. One should think only in aphorisms. One should dance only in flashes. That's exactly what eco mode is a dance made of lightning.
00:50:47:17 – 00:51:20:11
But beneath the style, there's something deeper. The formula, the secret. I'm more for the love of fate, Nietzsche says. My formula for greatness is amorphous. To want nothing, to be different. Not forward, not backwards, not for all eternity. He doesn't just accept his destiny. He embraces it with all its beauty and all its pain. That's the key to his strength.
00:51:20:13 – 00:51:55:00
To love. What happens to love? What breaks you? To love even the dark. And in this same text, he makes a choice between two goods Christ and Dionysus, between renunciation and affirmation, between guilt and the dance. He calls himself a disciple of the philosopher Dionysus, not of the crucified. Because Dionysus celebrates life, the body, the instinct, the chaos of creation.
00:51:55:02 – 00:52:27:04
Christ for him denies it. Nietzsche refuses to kneel. He wants to dance. When he says God is dead, he's not celebrating. Destruction is announcing liberation. The fall of every absolute, the beginning of a new humanity, a humanity that must invent its own meaning, its own rhythm, its own truth. And maybe that's why Ecce Homo feels so modern, so fluid.
00:52:27:06 – 00:53:01:22
Nietzsche saw our time coming. A world where identities shift, where certainties melt. Where we must learn to live without fixed truths. He teaches us not to cling, but to flow. Not to imitate the to create. Then comes the abyss. The Final collapse, Turin, 1889. This is a horse being beaten, throws his arms around it and breaks. After that never truly returns.
00:53:01:24 – 00:53:29:20
But Eichmann remains the last flash before silence, a vision so clear that he burned the one who carried it. Nietzsche teaches one final lesson that madness can be another face of clarity. That courage means looking into the abyss and not looking away. Because to become who you are, you have to risk everything you've been. You have to die to your illusions.
00:53:29:22 – 00:53:58:00
You have to love the chaos and turn your life into a work of art. Requiem is not just a book, it's a mirror. And when you read it, the one you behold is you. Exemplary. You ask me about exemplary time. What does it mean to be an example? Listen carefully, because it has nothing to do with imitation. Do not follow me.
00:53:58:02 – 00:54:23:23
Do not repeat me. If you do, you will lose yourself. I am not here to be copied. I am here to burn. An example is not a statue, it is a flame. You do not worship a flame. You catch fire from it. When I say become who you are, I do not mean find yourself. You are not hidden somewhere waiting to be discovered.
00:54:24:00 – 00:54:57:08
You must create yourself, shape your chaos into form. Forge your pain into music. Make your life your artwork. That that is what I call being exemplary. Not perfection, not purity, but intensity. Truth lived with such force that it becomes contagious. The moral man says, follow my rules. I say, follow your rhythm. The priest says, imitate the saints. I say, invent your joy.
00:54:57:10 – 00:55:23:14
Zen clarity is not virtue, it is coherence. It is the alignment of thought, body and instinct. When your words taste like your blood, when your laughter comes from your wounds, then you are true. Look at my life not as a sermon, but as a dance. I have failed, fallen, gone mad. But I have loved my fate. I'm more fatty.
00:55:23:16 – 00:55:55:10
That is my genius and my madness. Do not fear the abyss. Stare into it until it reflects your own light. Every fall can be a revelation. If you do not close your eyes. Be the artist of your existence. Be your own witness. Your only duty is this to live so fully that your mere presence becomes a teaching. Even if you never say a word that is exemplary, not a doctrine, a vibration, a way of being that radiates.
00:55:55:12 – 00:56:20:09
I am not your master. I am your mirror. And if you dare to look into it, you will see yourself not as you are, but as you could become. Other love. No no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no.
00:56:20:11 – 00:56:22:17
I.
00:56:22:19 – 00:57:05:16

I woke him up, I looked around, was. I woke him up. I looked around with slow, slow. Oh, hydraulic light control. His or his or his eyes. I'm more unreadable.
01:00:44:19 – 01:01:16:19
Let's make this trade time value. I wasn't very worried. I was, in fact, very young. I wasn't very young. I was, in fact, very thin. I was, in fact very thin. I was, in fact very thin, as I was in fact worried thin. And I wasn't very thin. I wasn't very well, my very last one, when I spoke in front of him, he walked out the door, busted my one on in this point, column one, he was a neighborhood of only houses, cheap loans with free lunch everywhere.
01:01:16:21 – 01:01:45:06
About 21 weeks. 16 one I looked for that thing like a house. Well, I came with a 20 laundry back there once. Only sign in and then in front on my back. And when I'm gone, I don't. When you walk through the door and a curtain. Black smoke set on dancing jig on my. Up on our.
01:01:45:08 – 01:01:58:00
Why, why, why why my my my my my boy.
01:01:58:02 – 01:02:02:11
I.
01:02:02:13 – 01:02:09:06
I should, I should, I should.
01:02:09:08 – 01:02:33:18
I should I say this to my best, best friend I let you go. My best friend I let you. Yes, you. Me, your best friend I let you give me my show. I let you do my best, best friend. I let you do my best. You mean I should be my best for you? Do my best. You mean my show?
01:02:33:18 – 01:02:53:08
My show? That's my nature. You mean my show? That's when I let you do my best for.
01:02:53:10 – 01:03:13:00
What? Wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait.
01:03:13:02 – 01:03:44:21
Do you mean. That's when I say to my say. That's my show. My show. And I said that's my. The my myself. And then. And then I said that. Then I said to my suggest. That's when I met you. I said, that's. You mean, why should I say keep? You mean you mean by should I say to you mean by should I say to?
01:03:44:23 – 01:04:09:22
Do you mean by should remind me to do you mean by should remind you fuck. Let's remind you. Do you mean I should remind you? Yes, yes, yes. Fuck!
01:04:09:24 – 01:04:32:20
You.
01:04:32:22 – 01:04:40:13
Fuck.
01:04:40:15 – 01:05:16:15
Super simple. Fresh. Radio. Charlotte. Live from Berlin. Live in direct from Kashmir. Radio.com. Super walk. Super. Okay. Google. You're just. You're just doing classification. First responders, first responders. And there's. Vibrant consciousness inside each one of us. And it's right at the source and base of mind, right at the source of font. And it's also at the source of all matter.
01:05:16:17 – 01:05:51:19
And Maharishi Mahesh Yogi teach us a technique called transcendental meditation. It's a simple, easy, effortless technique, yet supremely profound that allows any human being to dive within, experiencing subtler levels of mind and intellect, and transcend and and experience this ocean of pure consciousness. This pure consciousness is called by modern physics the unified field. It's at the base of all mind and all the matter.
01:05:51:21 – 01:06:25:13
And they now say the modern sciences, all of matter, everything that is a thing emerges from this field. And this field has qualities like bliss, intelligence, creativity, universal love, energy, peace. And it's about the intellectual understanding of this field, but the experiencing of it that does everything you die within and the transcending, experiencing this field of pure consciousness and you enliven it.
01:06:25:17 – 01:06:55:00
You unfold it, it grows. And the final outcome of this growth of consciousness is called enlightenment. And enlightenment is the full potential of all of us human beings. And a side effect of enlivening this consciousness is negativity starts to recede. Feel the pure knowingness you dive in there, you sort of just know how to go. You know how to solve solutions.
01:06:55:02 – 01:07:28:05
It's like an ocean of solutions. And you, you can just feel this thing growing. But the ultimate thing for me is the enjoyment of the doing. The enjoyment of life grows huge creativity flows. There's no people look like friends and not like enemies. It's a beautiful, beautiful thing. And it's us and Vedic science. This field of pure consciousness is called Atman, the self, the self of us all at that level.
01:07:28:07 – 01:07:59:11
As Doctor John Hanlon would tell you, at that level of life, we are all one. We're one diversity up here. Unity down. The bliss they say is the sweetest nectar of life. Bliss is physical, emotional, mental, spiritual happiness and you can find great with this bliss. And it's this happiness from within. They say the same. True happiness is an out there.
01:07:59:13 – 01:08:20:09
True happiness lies within. And I always wondered where is this with you? And they don't say where it is, and then they don't even say how to get to it. This is the beauty of this technique. There's lots of forms of meditation, but with transcendental meditation, to me the key is the word transcend to dive all the way in.
01:08:20:11 – 01:08:49:06
And it's a huge realm between the surface of life and this fundamental pure consciousness. But it's there. And when you're in it, you know you're in it. It's familiar, but it's you. And right away I happiness. But it's kind of like a goofball happiness. It's it's a it's a basic beauty. It's a thick beauty to appreciate life and living and why suffering and suffering starts to go.
01:08:49:12 – 01:09:10:20
And people say, well, you gotta have anger. You gotta have an edge, you know, to create. You gotta know about it. You gotta have energy, you gotta have clarity. You gotta be able to catch ideas. You gotta be able to be strong enough to fight unbelievable pressure and stress and the whole thing in this world that will lift because this whole thing is tied to world peace.
01:09:10:20 – 01:09:34:03
But it's going to be a better world. But it's still a very tough world. And this just gives you more and more and more ability to say, it just looks beautiful. It's way, way, way, way better. And this happened right away. Super duper fresh produce, a lot open time. You can see this life was not some quirk of fate.
01:09:34:05 – 01:10:09:19
This was your calling, your destiny. A destiny that touches every living thing. Like it or not, we are masters of our fate. Nothing is written. And our cause, however righteous, pales in comparison to the impact of our fate. So.
01:10:09:21 – 01:10:34:00
Any hope for a better future comes from willing that future into being a future, reflecting the measure of good within ourselves. Fire control and all that is good inside us. Stand out is measured by the good we do for others.
01:10:34:02 – 01:10:57:05
We all share the same fate, the same future, the the sum of our infinite choices. One such future is built on kindness, trust, and mutual understanding.
01:10:57:07 – 01:11:04:00
Should we choose to accept it?
01:11:04:02 – 01:11:21:20
Driving without question. Towards the light we cannot see. Bridge. You know what you do with nudges for those we don't love.
01:11:21:22 – 01:11:28:17
But for those will never meet.
01:11:28:19 – 01:11:37:09
Oh, you know I'll always love you. Never get it right. You.
01:11:37:11 – 01:11:55:15

01:11:55:17 – 01:11:59:05
